It all began in Pinelands. When I arrived at the house Debbie was getting dressed at, I was completely stunned by how beautiful she looked. While I was snapping away, Sanja was at Bishops getting some shots of the groom and best men in the picturesque grounds.

Love is easily spotted from a mile away. Canadian born Mark and Zimbabwean Michelle met in Cape Town and fell in love instantly. They chose to have their wedding reception at Buitenverwachting Wine Farm with their closest friends and family.

It was a hot, muggy afternoon when we approached the Westcliff. The first thought that came to mind was, “Have we just arrived at the Mount Nelson in Cape Town?” The whole of the Westcliff in Johannesburg is the same pinky orange surreal wonderland. During the week leading up to the photoshoot, both sisters and I were extremely excited about getting our photos taken by professionals at an amazing location (with our hair and make-up also done professionally). We packed, un-packed and re-packed our clothes in order to have the perfect outfits.
