It all began in Pinelands. When I arrived at the house Debbie was getting dressed at, I was completely stunned by how beautiful she looked. While I was snapping away, Sanja was at Bishops getting some shots of the groom and best men in the picturesque grounds.
Love is easily spotted from a mile away. Canadian born Mark and Zimbabwean Michelle met in Cape Town and fell in love instantly. They chose to have their wedding reception at Buitenverwachting Wine Farm with their closest friends and family.

We met this beautiful couple long before their wedding at a Wedding Expo at Zevenwacht. Not only is Elizna photogenic and knows exactly what her best angle is, she’s a lovely, fun and bubbly person. It’s no surprise the camera just loved her.

Sanja and I both arrived at Janine’s house to be greeted by these three beautiful little flower girls excitedly prancing around in their dresses. It was a hot, muggy afternoon when we approached the Westcliff. The first thought that came to mind was, “Have we just arrived at the Mount Nelson in Cape Town?” The whole of the Westcliff in Johannesburg is the same pinky orange surreal wonderland. Unlike other brides in the months before their wedding day, Tenille tried everything possible to put on a few kilograms before her wedding in Cape Town! Even though she must have eaten enough bread and margarine to feed a ship full of hungry sailors, her petite frame remained unchanged. How she managed to give birth to Cole, we’re still unsure… but what we do know though is that Tenille is naturally photogenic and her wedding was beautiful! read more »
Wouter didn’t propose on one knee in front of a thousand people. He did something that took even more courage: put on a wetsuit, climbed in to the shark tank at the Two Oceans Aquarium in Cape Town and asked the woman he loves to marry him by holding up a sign.
