♥ as wedding photographers, we like to prepare ourselves ♥

We’re always fully prepared for a wedding – you have to be as a wedding photographer; fully charged batteries, spare batteries, spare memory cards, spare camera, tripods, shutter cable release, external flashes, diffusers, reflectors… The only thing we aren’t ever fully prepared for (as humans) is the emotional side of things. ♥ “Will you marry me?” ♥

We found this today on the website 10and5. It’s one of our car flyers that we’ve been distributing to promote For Life photography as a Cape Town wedding photographer service. The responses from the flyers have been astounding! Some Capetonians have burst out laughing and others have turned around suspiciously looking for someone in a bush with a video camera.

We wanted to capture the attention of people in Cape Town in a unique way and what better way to do it than to leave what looks like a hand-written “Will you marry me?” note on an unsuspecting Capetonian’s windscreen.

If you have received one of these flyers or love what we did, please feel free to leave a comment below!
